Will you fit out my van?

Unfortunately, we only supply already fitted campervans. We do not work on customers’ vans.

Do you provide the van, and what base vehicle do you work on?

Indeed, we provide the van as part of our service. We primarily work on MAN TGE and VW Crafter base vehicles for our conversions. These vehicles have been selected based on their reliability, performance, and suitability for our conversion processes.

All our vans are sourced directly from the MAN TGE production line and seamlessly transition into our workshop for the commencement of the interior fit-out process. This integrated approach ensures a smooth transition from manufacturing to customization, enabling us to maintain quality control and deliver exceptional results to our customers.

How long does it take?

Our standard conversion process typically spans 12-14 weeks from initiation to completion. We meticulously attend to every detail to ensure that the final product surpasses your expectations. However, it's essential to note that in certain instances, we may require additional time to guarantee the highest quality outcome.

What is the payment process?

a. In order to secure your build slot and reserve your van, we request a non-refundable deposit of £5,000. Please note that due to high demand, we are typically booking slots 9-12 months in advance.

b. Upon delivering your van to our workshop, a 50% deposit of the total build cost is required. The van is officially registered in your name, signifying your ownership.

c.When your dream van is approximately halfway through the build, we require a further 25% of the total build cost. This ensures the seamless progression of your project.

d. As part of the final steps, the remaining 25% payment is due at least two weeks prior to collection. Please ensure all remaining funds are cleared with Kaktus Adventure Vans Ltd. before the motorhome is permitted to leave our premises.
